These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of majestaddigitalworks.com and general engagement with Majestad Digital Works^® ("MDW," "we," "us"). Project-specific work is governed by signed proposals and agreements, which prevail over these Terms where they conflict.

Services

MDW provides digital design and development services including websites, e-commerce stores, web applications, brand systems, retainers, and consulting. Scope, timeline, and fees for each project are defined in a written proposal or statement of work.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content through our forms. We may update site content and availability without notice.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by MDW or licensors unless stated otherwise. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of project deliverables as defined in their project agreement — typically site code, design assets, and content created for the project.

Payments

Default project payment structure is 50% deposit before build, 25% at design approval (optional on smaller scopes), and 25% before launch — unless otherwise stated in your proposal. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins except as stated in your agreement or our refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to fees paid for that project.

Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Information on this site is general and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a signed proposal.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where MDW primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
