We call it the Project Factory: a repeatable framework that turns creative work into reliable outcomes. You always know where we are, what's next, and what we need from you.
Custom projects don't have to feel custom-chaotic. Whether we're building a five-page business site or a full e-commerce platform, we follow the same eight phases — scaled to your scope, never skipped when they matter.
This is the public view of how Majestad Digital Works® operates. It's the same process our team runs internally, powered by Majestad OS™ — our operating system for client work, assets, and delivery.
We review your inquiry, confirm fit, finalize scope, and open your project officially. Your client folder is created, your proposal is locked, and your deposit clears the path to production.
Project brief · Timeline confirmation · Folder scaffold · CRM and project record
Signed proposal · Deposit payment · Access to existing assets and accounts
We dig into requirements, audit your current site (if applicable), review competitors, and map the sitemap and content plan. This phase prevents expensive surprises later.
Discovery summary · Sitemap · Asset checklist · Technical notes
Content inputs · Brand assets · Login access · Answers to clarification questions
Mockups bring the experience to life — homepage, key templates, mobile views, and brand application. You review, we refine, and we document approval before a single line of production code is treated as final.
Design mockups · Style direction · Revision rounds (per SOW)
Timely feedback · Content drafts where needed · Sign-off to proceed to build
Development, CMS or store integration, content population, and staging deployment. You review the working site in a safe environment — not on live traffic.
Staging site · Integrated features · Content structure · Progress updates
Final copy and media · Product data (if e-commerce) · Staging feedback
Cross-browser and mobile testing, checkout and form validation, performance checks, and accessibility review. We fix issues before launch — not after your customers find them.
QA checklist · Bug fixes · Staging approval request
Final content proof · UAT feedback · Approval to schedule launch
DNS, SSL, deployment, smoke testing, and backup snapshot. Your site goes live — deliberately, not accidentally.
Live deployment · Post-launch verification · Backup to secure archive
DNS access (or delegate) · Final payment per agreement · Launch approval
You receive admin documentation, training (as scoped), credential transfer, and a clear record of what was built. You own your site — we make sure you know how to run it.
Admin guide · Training session (if scoped) · Credential documentation · Final invoice
Confirmation of receipt · Portal access setup (if applicable)
Launch is the beginning of the relationship, not the end. We offer maintenance retainers, hosting management, content support, and priority response — so your site stays secure, current, and aligned with your business.
Monthly updates · Monitoring · Support channel · Optional content changes
Change requests · Renewals · Feedback

Timelines depend on scope, content readiness, and feedback turnaround. Rush delivery available — see pricing.
50% deposit before Build · 25% at design approval (optional on smaller scopes) · 25% before Launch
We don't start production without an approved proposal and cleared deposit. That protects your timeline and our ability to commit resources exclusively to your project.
Revision rounds are defined in your proposal — typically two design rounds and reasonable build-phase adjustments within scope. Scope changes require a change order.
We can launch with core pages and expand — but delays in content push timelines. We'll flag this during Discovery so you can plan accordingly.
Yes. You own your site, content, and domain. We retain rights to our methodology and reusable components as defined in your agreement.
Often yes. We review your setup during Discovery and recommend what's best for performance and security — sometimes that's your current host, sometimes a managed deployment.
We offer retainers for ongoing support. Without a retainer, ad-hoc support is available at our standard hourly rate.
Tell us about your project — or book a call and we'll walk you through exactly how we'd approach it.
